The Villager is a monthly newsletter distributed door-to-door by carriers the first weekend of each month. Currently 2500 copies are published; these copies are dispersed to all River Hill residences, Village Center Merchants, Columbia Village Association Offices and are available for pick up at the River Hill Village office. It is also available online (see the Read Now drop down menu at right).

To receive a yearly subscription of “The Villager” via mail, send $25 to the Village Office, address below. Each additional copy is $1.00. Advertisers will receive single pages of their ad via mail.

Advertising:

Only digital ads are accepted. All ads much be 300 dpi at the size they are running, or larger, and should be sized appropriately per the dimensions listed below. Acceptable file types include .eps (postscript), .tiff, .jpg (if the quality is 300 dpi), Illustrator  (all fonts in outline and all images embedded), or Photoshop pdf. If you send an ad to us our directly to our production graphic artist (email below), you WILL receive a receipt via email to let you know your ad has been received, and whether it is acceptable artwork or not. If you do not receive such an email, please contact us via phone; do not take it for granted your ad has been received. If a new ad is not received by the 15th of the month proceeding publication, the most recent previous ad will be rerun.

Spot Color: $100 per issue
Classifieds: $10 River Hill Resident, $15 Non-Resident per ad, 35 words limit. Each additional word $1.00.
Special Placement: $50 per issue
Payment: Fees are due at the time the contract is signed.
